Q: Does the AppSumo Pro tier include cron & DNS monitoring, and what are the per-type limits?
Before redeeming, I need to confirm exactly what's included in the AppSumo Pro tier (100 monitors / 100 domains):
Is cron job monitoring included in this tier? It's mentioned on your homepage under "Pro features" but not listed on the pricing page. Is DNS monitoring (nameserver/DNS record change tracking) included? Same inconsistency — shown on homepage, missing from pricing page. Could you list...
I purchased this a while back, set it all up, and it was ok ...until it wasn't. The monitors are sending completely erroneous data, and they started sending tons of alerts daily. There has been no response from support for weeks. Is this still supported?

I have a lot of monitors, and the ALL were cycling between up and down repeatedly for several days - all of these notices were erroneous as we checked server logs and the sites were not experiencing any difficulties - it probably generated 300 emails over a few days, and it was really unhelpful
Thanks for this information. We've just checked your account and you have 37 monitors, all with the type of "HTTP" using the "GET" method. One thing stands out regarding "erroneous" checks, you haven't configured the "Confirmation period" of any of your monitors. You should also configure the "Recovery period".
Q: Can status pages be customized with a client's own logo and brand colors
'Im looking to use Domain Monitor as part of a managed service for small businesses. Ideally each client would have their own status page reflecting their branding rather than a generic page. I can see that Domain Monitor branding can be removed which is great, but wanted to understand if there's any ability to add a custom logo or color scheme per status page, or if that's something on the roadmap. Would really help me understand how far the white label capabilities go before I commit

After I make my account in domain-monitor.io, enter redemption code, successfully login and try to enter my domains in the domain monitor, I can only input 1 domain. When I try to input more domains, it says "You've exceeded the limit of 1 domains. If you'd like to add more please upgrade your account." What ?? Can you please help me ?
