A: We don’t ever recommend cold sms marketing. In the US the TCPA regulations prohibit this. I cannot speak to other countries but cold and is SPAM and we do not allow that on our platform. (Plus, to be honest it’s a bad practice). It may not be the answer you want but we would rather be honest so you can make a well informed decision.
Are you considering implementing other platforms like Brevo, for instance? Twilio and Telnyx charge outrageous rates for SMS, practically 2 to 4 times more expensive than Brevo, as it happens.
