Q.Are you using the latest version of Ultra SMS Script or is it a past version?
A. We bought their code base about 16 months ago but we've done quote of few upgrades to it on our end to areas that were important to our clients. We've cleaned up the UI and made it a little more pleasing to the eye. At the core, it's rock solid and functions great.

Q. Do you have a limit on the number of twilio numbers we can link?
A. No but it doesn't make sense to add a ton of numbers unless you plan to spam people which we don't support at all on our platofrm. Full disclosure, if we see that anyone is using our system to blast spam/unsolicited messages we will cancel their account. We are here to help people grow a business, not to let spammers ruin things for sincere marketeres.

Q.Can you share a demo of the site so we can see how responsive it is. Signed up for a similar SMS product here before and it became so oversold that it took so very long to do anything on it.?
A. We have a video on this listing that shows the platform being demoed. AppSumo gives a 60 day refund period so if you want to try it out you can buy it. If you don't like it you can refund it. If you're asking about it being mobile responsive? It works on a mobile phone but it's designed for use on a desktop so while it is mobile responsive, I don't recommend trying to do everything from a phone. If you're talking about speed when you say responsive, we constantly upgrade our servers as we add new clients so it's fast and reliable. I don't know the other platform (In all fairness to them, nor do I want to) but I can say that anyone can buy code but not everyone runs a business well. Many companies are in it for a quick buck and they don't care about user experience so they come to LTD sites, sell a bunch of stuff, don't upgrade their servers, and then they take the money and run. Before putting this product on AppSumo we already had a good amount of MRR coming in so we continually upgrade to keep things going solid and fast.

A: Great question. We do not connect to numbers outside of the major gateways. I’m sorry if that’s not the answer that you want to hear but honesty is the best policy so I would hate for you to purchase it and then find out it cannot connect to Verizon.

A: Thank you so much for the great question but no, we do not. We only work with the major gateways that are listed, which are, twilio, Telnyx , signal wire, bandwidth.com, Plivo and Vonage. You can also connect SMPP if you are tech savvy and have that set up.

A: You can use webhooks to pull info from us to Make or you can use our API to push data both ways.

A: Thanks for the question. I thought we explained it clearly but perhaps not. You do still need to connect a gateway like Twilio or Telnyx. Our platform gives you the tools that the gateways do not so that texting and loyalty programs can be done easily but you still have to pay for your own phone number and messaging in the gateway.

1. Yes we have an SMS chat so you can text back and forth. I’ll put our user tutorials link below and you can look through the whole platform.

2. You can create ‘text funnels’ where you ask them for specific responses and based on their response it will reply how you want. Note: These aren’t robust workflows like High Level or ClickFunnels but we are a white label high level reseller too so our AppSumo clients get a special price of $30/mo for high level too.
3. With Twilio you simply create an account and upload money. It’s a basic account so nothing special needed. You want to say yes to sms and voice.
4. Each code comes with a specific number of resellable accounts for you to sell to clients. You can allow those clients to connect their own Twilio accounts.

A: Good question. Our system does have a QR code creator built-in.

If you have the QR code do something like take them to a web option form then you’ll obviously be able to see the number of people who fill out the form because they will be added to the keyword groups that you attach the form too. You can also have the QR code automatically open up a text message that is pre-filled out for them to press send, Again, if you’re having them added to a keyword group, it will track the analytics of that. We don’t track the specific QR code scans, but if you’re having the QR code, take them to a form to fill out, the form fills will be tracked or if you’re having it pre-populate a keyword and phone number for them to send a text message to it will track the number of people who opt in.

A: Thanks for the question but absolutely not and it is not something that we will be adding. It violates the Fair use agreement for almost every cellular phone carrier. They do not allow third-party platforms to connect to SIM cards or cell phones. Any platform that allows it is actually putting you and your clients at legal risk. A: Will it work in what way? If you’re asking if you can use them as a gateway, the answer is no. We only work with the most well-known reputable gateways like Twilio, Telnyx, signal wire, bandwidth.com, etc. I know that may not be the answer you want to hear, but I would rather give you an honest answer so that you don’t buy a product that you have to refund later. A: Great question George. Pricing is up to you depending on your market.
In the US the cost of a message from Twilio for example is $.007 so 500 messages is about $3.50 so charging $30 is a nearly 10x profit. It’s up to you to choose what you’d charge.

A: Great questions. For the loyalty program you set up what they get at X amount of points but it isn’t scaled like you’re asking. However, you can set up multiple programs so once they reach the first milestone your response could be like “reply bonus to level up your loyalty rewards” and that could add them to your 2nd tier program 😊
As far as sms billing you can either:
A. Charge by package like $X includes xxx messages per month
Or
B. Charge for the platform access and have them connect their own Twilio or Telnyx account so they pay the gateway directly for messaging.

A: Thanks for the great question. You don’t need any other software, but you do need to register with an SMS gateway like Twilio or Telnyx. Then you connected to our platform. A: Great question Michelleliettlesdigital. It’s been my experience that in the US, consumers trust toll-free numbers more. Many overseas scammers use local numbers for UPS and USPS phishing scams. Also, in the long run toll-free is more affordable as you do not have 10DLC/A2P campaign registration fees.

A: There are tokens already created but it doesn’t allow you to create your own personalized tokens.

A: You can use the same Twilio account with no problem. You can only connect a phone number to one third-party application for texting though as it realize, I’m on the web hook. So if you have multiple numbers, you can connect one of those to our platform by simply clicking manage phone numbers after you connect your Twilio account to our platform.

There’s nothing additional you need to buy from Twilio unless you want to add a new phone number. In that case you could do that but no other requirements :-)

A: No. You can either put them under your gateway or they can enter their own gateway information. It Hass to be one of the supportive gateways that we have listed though :-)

We do not allow Sim card gateways, or any of that nonsense. It violates fair use act for the carriers, and it can get our clients and yours in trouble.

A: Thank you for your question. Sorry if it’s not clear in the listing, but we tried to make it very clear. You have to connect a gateway to use the platform. That means Twilio or Telnyx or one of the other approved gateways that we have listed. Now, you can get a Twilio account and provide them with phone numbers and charge them for them, or you can have your clients get their own account with Twilio or Telnyx for example and then they can get their own phone numbers and use them. But we do not allow connecting a SIM card gateways or mobile phones as those violate carrier fair use rules and our goal is always operate with integrity so our clients (like you) stay protected.
