A: Hi, from the beginning itself, we provided only three plans: 1 Code, 2 Code, and 3 Code. Since you currently have the 2 Code plan, please purchase one more code to upgrade to the highest Enterprise plan. Hope this helps.
Hello, Where can we find in v3 the add-on where we can buy additional storage? Will be great if we were able to use Amazon S3 as storage for ElkQR. Thank you

A: Hi, go to Billing, and below you can find add-ons. Choose the storage addon you want and subscribe. Hope this helps.
I would like to see the menu QR displaying as collapsible items for the categories and the categories to be sticky, so that when someone taps a category title it opens up the menu for that category and stays at the top of the screen and until the person wants to close it up by tapping the title to collapse the menu and see another category quickly and easily. Is this possible?
I am trying but your site is not loading. The QR codes are not working. Can you please resolve this issue?

A: Hi, please understand that we are currently working on the V3 migration. We have already informed all users of the exact date—please check your email for details.
The migration is already 80% complete and will be finished by the date mentioned in the email. In the meantime, please clear your cache and check the app; it is working without issues. You should now see the new V3 interface.
