Q: CAN YOU CONSIDER ADDING THESE TWO FEATURES?

- A Workshop Landing Page option, similar to the existing event landing page.More flexible landing page customization, including:- Photo uploads and to add Speaker, co-speaker, and moderator description.
- An inbuilt payment gateway, especially Razorpay for India, to allow direct registrations and payments.

Workshop landing page — we don't have a dedicated Workshop QR type with speaker / co-speaker / moderator fields at the moment. We've noted it for future consideration.

Payment gateway / Razorpay — not available at this time.

Are there any scenarios, such as higher-tier plans, partnerships, or future roadmap updates, where white labelling might become available? I understand you’ve said no before, but I’m curious if it has changed.

Our position on white labelling hasn't changed — it's still not part of our current plans or any AppSumo tier, and we don't have a timeline to introduce it. The product will continue to be served under the ElkQR brand across all plans.

For agency use cases, the closest options available today are custom domains (so your QR short links use your own domain) and...

Q: can it custom currency in menu restraurant?

Hi, I’ve tried setting the currency for my QR menu, but unfortunately Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is not available in the options.

Is it possible to allow custom currency input or manual price formatting (e.g., using "Rp" prefix)? This would be very helpful for users in Indonesia.

Q: Purchased but now saying Trial Period is over?

Purchased and followed redeeming instructions and now can not access the product a month later? The redeem code not working at all? keeps saying my trial period is finished?

Q: API documentation

Hi,

Is there any information other than the API docs on using the API? There is no explanation on the site of how to send a query and get results. How am I supposed to specify the API key used? I've tried using the XAPI key. I've tried using the bearer token and whenever I send a request to generate a static QR code, I get a 500 error. I have no idea why.
