Q: Support from the team

If the support issue isn't rectified the team should be blacklisted from offering future deals. This is entirely unacceptable. Has anyone had any luck at all getting the product to work reliably?

Q: Paying Customer: Sent Multiple Emails Over 3 Weeks with 0 Response

I have been trying to contact you and your company per the recommended support email (emailteam@emaildelivery.com) with 0 response for 3 weeks. I have sent from my business email as well as Gmail and still have no response.

I have also scanned your TOC and Privacy Policy which has a different email for support (emailsupport@emaildelivery.com) which does not work and bounces.

How are paying customers supposed to contact you for questions related to your software?

Q: It appears that EmailDelivery has disappeared

We've got a License Tier 3 that is now not usable. No response from support in over a week. I'm thinking they've disappeared. Has anybody heard from them?

Q: My comment about the support of the tool

I want to give my comment about my experience, about the supposed "disappearance of support" for this excellent tool.

I have had some doubts in the last few days and I have contacted support. My experience continues to be very pleasant, since there are times when they have even answered me in a matter of minutes and have satisfactorily resolved my request.

I've reviewed much of the documentation.
I want to make sure I have the proper expectations for TIER 3 for getting my white labeled self-hosted platform for use and for reselling (SaaS) using a subscription model up and running ( i will set up a Wordpress sales/marketing site for the Namecheap domain i have).

Secure the talents of Igor as you have noted he would complete these tasks as outlined in your docs - (once I purchase the VPS from Racknerd and received Amazon SES clearance, purchased dedicated IP addresses (not sure if this is necessary if not using MTA please confirm) and I have setup a Pabbly account) :

Once completed my server would be up and running.

A: Yes to most of the above.

Having a dedicated IP so that your DNS is always going to be working would be a requirement for any type of application like this, this is independent from the MTA which can be ignored if you're not going to use it.

We don't have a Pexel integration.

specifically regarding the potential to sell Limited Time Deals (LTDs) to my customers during our launch period with 2 types: Seats for clients, and one full ESP, like this Tier 3. This strategy aims to generate initial funds to support our growth and yearly subscriptions after.
Additionally, I would like to understand the feasibility of the following:
Delivering Credentials for Self-Managed Accounts:
Can we provide secure credentials to customers who opt for self-managed accounts?
Creating Seat Allotments for Agencies:
Is it possible to create seat allotments for agencies, allowing them to manage either 10 seats or 30 seats for their clients? Or is the better route to purchase such plans from you directly from your $999 offer, and what would the price be for a Tier 3 AppSumoling?

I have about 28 domains. each need to have its own dedicated IP to insure reverse dNS is property set up. your highest tier plan would allow me to accommodate this? If I'm understanding correctly i can add an unlimited amount of domains to it?

A: It's going to depend on what features you're using at Keap.

Keap can do complex automations and visual automations that we don't have, and we're not a CRM.

However otherwise we cover all the email marketing basics.
