This tools turned out to be easier to use than I expected. Only menial job was adding DNS settings to my provider. I then shared my API key and my coding agent created all the transactional emails I might need. Kudos, and I hope this deal comes back so I can up my tier.

I purchased the Emailit Lifetime Deal through AppSumo expecting a reliable email delivery service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

My workspace has been suspended twice without any clear explanation. The first suspension was blamed on a high bounce rate, so I took immediate action by integrating the NeverBounce API to ensure emails were sent only to verified addresses. After that, everything worked normally for about a month.

Later, I discovered that emails sent to Outlook.com addresses were being incorrectly marked as bounced, which artificially increased my bounce rate. I reported this issue to the Emailit support team and provided all the necessary details for investigation.

Instead of investigating or helping resolve the problem, they suspended my workspace again the very next day. I received no meaningful explanation, and my account has remained suspended ever since.

The biggest disappointment is the support. Rather than working with customers to identify and fix technical issues, the service simply suspends accounts, leaving lifetime customers unable to use the product they paid for.

I purchased a lifetime license in good faith, but I have been unable to use it reliably. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emailit unless they significantly improve their customer support, transparency, and account management process.

The good API documentation and use of the API, very fast response to support requests, good email deliverability. There's a lot of things I like and love about Emailit. Previously I'd used an AppSumo deal with Sendinblue, which subsequently became Brevo, but I think that the Emailit deal is far better particularly if you're willing to work with the API. Thank you George! In my opinion this is one of the very best deals on AppSumo.

I bought this only a while ago and have not explored it so much, but with whatever I have explored, this looks really amazing and the functionality seems very robust.

The dashboard is very professional, and the functionalities cover all the aspects that I need. This really seems like a very well‑thought‑out email‑sending platform, and I look forward to using it for my business.

I’ve been using Emailit.com for about a year now, and I’m writing this review from a fair, balanced point of view.
I’ve noticed some reviews are quite unfair. Many users expect it to be something it was never designed for. As George has stated countless times, Emailit is not built for cold emailing or any activity that breaks their Terms of Service. Complaining after violating the TOS and then expecting the platform to bend over backwards is not only unfair, it’s unethical.
That said, for what it actually is, a solid, developer-friendly email service offered under a Lifetime Deal, Emailit is actually great. The value for the number of emails you get is definitely outstanding. Yes, you will face occasional issues (as with any service), but there’s a real person on the other side who honestly tries to help and resolve problems. It’s not a perfect, flawless product, but it’s clearly improving every day.
If you need reliable transactional or marketing emails within fair usage and respect their rules, I can comfortably recommend Emailit.
