Misleading offer – completely unusable at scale
I purchased Emailit – License Tier 5 on AppSumo, advertised with 1,000,000 credits per month.
In reality, this product is completely misleading and unusable for any serious email marketing.
🔴 CSV import is limited to 2,500 emails per file.
I have a 60,000-email list, which forces me to manually split the file into dozens of parts. This is ridiculous and totally unprofessional.
🔴 Daily sending limit of 5,000 emails.
With this restriction, it is mathematically impossible to ever use 1 million credits.
This makes the offer deceptive and borderline false advertising.
🔴 Extremely poor and basic interface:
No proper open rate reporting
No click tracking
No clear bounce data
No usable unsubscribe analytics
You don’t even know who unsubscribed or what actually happened to your campaign.
🔴 Huge waste of time.
Instead of focusing on campaigns, you spend your time working around artificial limitations.
Conclusion:
This product does not deliver what is promised.
I am requesting a refund and cancellation. A self-hosted emailing tool on a private server is 100x more powerful and reliable than this solution.
Avoid.

1/ This is a limit of our import wizard, you can use our API to import all your contacts at once with no limits.
2/ Those are our starting limits, to prevent spam and abuse. Each new workspace has those. You can always request an increase based on your sending needs.

Not reliable for production
Not reliable, so initially the emails were going fine, however after some time our customers started complaining that they are not receiving email.
We later found out that we were put in onboarding pool, and they have this verification process for which they were not transparent upfront. Something like this should be in the dashboard.
Upon reaching to support, their reply was that we should test it before putting into production, which we did btw.
Product has potential, but lack of transparency breaks the trust.

Every new workspace is placed in onboarding IP pool. This is our anti spam measure, as with any platform, we can’t fully share our anti spam practices as spammers would misuse that.
