Needed a service to do transactional emails via API
I was using another service that did allow a certain amount of emails per month, but wanted to ensure I didn't hit limits and as this was a lifetime deal I could send tens of thousands of emails per year without hitting snags and could use multiple domains.

I noticed lots of people commented on deliverability, and the dedicated IP seems to be the ultimate solution. Is that correct? May I know how to get the dedicated IP and the costs? My emails need highly reputable IP and high deliverability.
What is the normal data retention without add-on and what is the retention with add-on?

So far so good
I’ve used the product on a couple of production projects so far, and overall the experience has been very positive. The interface is intuitive, support responses have been quick, and email deliverability has been solid.
As with most AppSumo purchases, the long-term potential of the product is a key factor for us. Based on what we’ve seen so far, I can genuinely see this replacing MailerSend for our use cases over time.
The main downside is the reliance on Discord for support. We don’t actively use Discord, which has made it more difficult to raise questions or get help when needed. That said, the documentation has noticeably improved since we first accessed it after purchase, which is encouraging and suggests ongoing development.
Overall, this is a product we’ll be keeping a close eye on, and we’re optimistic about where it’s heading.
