I’ve used the product on a couple of production projects so far, and overall the experience has been very positive. The interface is intuitive, support responses have been quick, and email deliverability has been solid.

As with most AppSumo purchases, the long-term potential of the product is a key factor for us. Based on what we’ve seen so far, I can genuinely see this replacing MailerSend for our use cases over time.

The main downside is the reliance on Discord for support. We don’t actively use Discord, which has made it more difficult to raise questions or get help when needed. That said, the documentation has noticeably improved since we first accessed it after purchase, which is encouraging and suggests ongoing development.

Overall, this is a product we’ll be keeping a close eye on, and we’re optimistic about where it’s heading.

I got this email delivery service a few days ago, and after my tests, I'm very satisfied. I haven't tested it in production for bulk email campaigns yet, but I wanted to leave a review already for others who might be interested because the deal is ending soon.

The dashboard has a clean and intuitive design. The domain setup worked smoothly. The integration with my SMTP (FluentSMTP) and my Marketing CRM (FluentCRM) also worked without any issues. I also connected it with my automation tool (Pabbly Connect) via API easily.

- One recommendation to the team: Since the SMTP credentials are inside the API Keys option, please change the name on the menu to "SMTP & API Keys" and also the button inside to "Add SMTP & API Key" to make it clearer and easier to find. That was a bit confusing.

- Another reminder for SumoLings: This is a service focused on email delivery (ESP), and it's not a tool to manage your marketing newsletter or campaigns, even though it has basic functionality for that. This means you'll probably still need a CRM/Marketing tool for proper newsletter and marketing campaigns.

Great tool, especially for transactional emailing such as notification emails sent from WordPress sites. I don't recommend this app for marketing emails yet but this might become more usefull in the future. I have had no issues setting up different domains and the support from George was very fast and efficient.

This tool focuses on the possibilities of sending emails via SMPT or email API as an integration into various applications or automation solutions (e.g., the Emailit node in Ottokit: enter API key, use, no major effort required).

EMailit positions itself as a flexible basis for sending emails (from european mail servers), not for creating or managing newsletters - if that's what you're looking for, you should use a different tool such as MailWizz: once you understand how to complete the configuration there, you will also understand the added value of EMailIt.

Otherwise, it would be a good idea for EMailit to be supported directly via an API connection at fluentsmtp - for those who find the configuration as SMTP too complicated. This is a simple option of resending emails that somehow didn't quite work... at least in the WordPress world :) For your own applications, you'll have to put in more effort yourself until the Resend-feature will be perhaps available in the EMailIt backend.
