Let’s say I got a saas, can my saas send event to Encharge via api so it will understand user behaviour and send dedicated specific emails to that specific user based on his actions through the events? Is this feature included? In this appsumo deal? . It’s extremely important for me to know this. Also can I embed Encharge as a little block on my website (that little block that users can put their email for newsletter)?

A: Hey David, really appreciate the thoughtful question here and totally get where you are coming from.
You are right that HubSpot is not included in the 2025 LTD, even on Tier 6. It is part of our Premium feature set together with things like Salesforce, Segment, and event based segmentation. That is why you only see it available on the standard Premium plans.

I'm thinking about requesting a refund because there's no one online to answer questions. When is support available? It seems there is little to no support for this product. What's offered is chatting with a bot, submitting questions, and waiting for someone to respond.

A: Great last-minute question! 😄
Right now, Encharge doesn’t support inserting <script> or <head> elements directly into your emails (including for JSON-LD or Gmail Annotations). Our Custom HTML block is limited to the body of the email, which is standard across most ESPs, since Gmail and other inbox providers strip out anything in the <head> for security and rendering consistency.
