Q: Is user profile tracking included?

I see that a lot of things are not included, is the following included in this appsumo deal?
Behavior Emails?
Broadcasts?
Personalization?
User Profiles?
User Segments?
Company Profiles?
Events management?

Please it’s important for me to know this, thank you for your time, I hope I won’t refund

A: Thanks so much for the thoughtful question, Jing 🙏 and no worries—happy to break it down for you in detail! I really get how important clarity is, especially when deciding between keeping or refunding a deal. Let’s go through your list one by one:

✅ Included in the AppSumo 2025 LTD (all tiers):

• User Profiles – Yes! Every contact has a profile with detailed activity logs, emails sent, tags,...

Q: Integrations Say Included

I saw that on Teir 6 integrations were included. "Integrations & marketing automations" - I click the link - it shows a multiple of integrations - including HubSpot - Build an automated sales cadence with HubSpot and Encharge. (I have an image, just not able to attach) Start flows when a new lead is added, change a deal stage with triggers, and more. I am excited. I signed up - only to find that hubSpot is "Available on Premium plan." Your advertising did not mention that a different plan was needed. I purchased the Tier 6 because all the checks were included - I wanted a complete solution - only to find that your advertising integrations was not completely true. Is this just a glitch and it can be turned on for Tier 6 levels? Or should I request my $1000 back?

A: Hey rallen 👋 really appreciate you bringing this up — and I hear your frustration here. Let me clear things up.

You’re absolutely right that on our main integrations page you’ll see HubSpot listed, along with other Premium-only integrations like Salesforce and Segment. The confusion comes from the fact that all integrations are shown in one place, but not all of them are available under the...

A: Hey Jack 👋

Good question!! After the MCP (Marketplace Campaign) ends on AppSumo, nothing changes for people who’ve already purchased. Once you’ve redeemed your code inside Encharge, your lifetime license is yours to keep — it doesn’t expire when the campaign ends 🙌🙌🙌

The only thing that goes away after MCP is the opportunity for new buyers to grab the LTD. So if you’re still on the fence,...

Q: API Access? Surely!?

Please advise what Tier API access is being offered. You mentioned it in the comments, but didn't mention what tier. Thankyou!

A: Hey there 👋

Appreciate you raising this — API is always a hot topic 😅

Here’s how it works with the 2025 AppSumo deal:

• The REST API is available across all LTD tiers (we haven’t locked it down)
• The Ingest API (sometimes referred to as “Events”) is not part of the LTD — that’s reserved for our Premium subscription plan
• Same goes for advanced API-driven features like transactional...

Q: Can't find where to set my business name

Hi, quick question,
when sending an email the signature says "your company"
and I can't for the life of me find where to replace it (lol).
Thanks in advance, cheers for such a great product!

A: Hey Cosmo 👋 thanks for the kind words!!! Really glad you’re enjoying Encharge 🙌🙌

That “your company” placeholder you’re seeing is just the default text in our email templates. You can change it super easily:

• Open your email in the drag-and-drop editor
• Scroll down to the footer/signature section
• Click on the text block that says “your company” and replace it with your own business...
