Hi, I just created a video (super simple BTW) and I connected my website. But when I select the page for it to show up on, it's telling me that my home page is not associated with my site? what am I doing wrong?

As a matter of fact, the email templates can already be edited, and all of our branding can be removed. The same goes for the email address, with your own custom SMTP, you can change the “from” address to yours.

Yes, I understand the templates can be edited. Please follow my workflow thoughts: A new customer of mine signs up, and all the templates out of the box are stuffed with Answerly links and branding. That's not very white label, is it?
My wish is that the templates automatically populate from variable that contain the branding defined by me and all your other white label clients.
If you updated the templates, then your WL clients would not be forced to spend time on this when it could have been taken care of automatically. I hope you see this from a user's perspective. I do like the product!
Currently facepop dashboard is far from mobile friendly. Can you enhance the responsive of UI UX ?

1. Think you need to get your streaming sorted. I have seen some REALLY slow load times. Could do with an option to keep showing the GIF until it plays.
2. When a video is loading, it should still show the close-minimise button because frustrated users will want to close it if the video is not loading.
3. Would love to set different text and CTAs to show after a video plays. So different ones to...

1. This can sometimes happen due to the CDN and the fact that we enforce HD from the start (as per user requests).
