Our CTA module is a fairly advanced drag-and-drop builder with a live preview, which makes mobile support more complex. That said, it’s something we’re considering based on user demand.
In the meantime, you can still use the builder on smaller screens by zooming out—it works reasonably well even on 12″ laptops.
Does FacePop support answering visitor questions with a video response like some other tools do? I'm looking for something that can also allow me to engage with leads and users by having them type, record audio, or record video questions for me (support) and let me respond by recording a video reply and keep the conversation going via asynchronous audio/video chat.
