You show me how to receive a video feedback, but after the video is send to the platform how can I know the email or the phone number or something about contacting this person. I have only the video and no other contact information in your example. Thank you!

I do get concerned when I see questions asked here on Appsumo that go unanswered though.
The agency LTD, available only on your site, is $519. Do Appsumo customers who bought in before that launch get any kind of discount on the agency plan?
It feels like a bait and switch since the LTD wasn't available initially; on Jan 9th, just a couple months ago, a response to my inquiry about a white label option stated that Facepop would "offer 60% off our monthly $69 agency plan for those with two AppSumo codes. This would bring your monthly cost down to $27.60"
I like your product and am eager to use it in an upcoming project, but releasing a white label LTD exclusively on your site after initially offering an inferior deal to sumo users puts those who supported Facepop in a position where they have to buy a second LTD to get the features they actually wanted.
Just to clarify, Tier 2 does not include white-labeling, as I have mentioned in many other answers. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of offering white-label at the $98 price point after AppSumo’s fee.
We’d love to offer white-label in a Tier 3 plan for those who want it. However, AppSumo only allows Tier 2 to be exactly twice the price of Tier 1, and Tier 3 to be exactly three times the price. That means Tier 3 ends up at $147, and even at that price, offering unlimited white-labeling isn’t sustainable for us.
I’ll reach out to AppSumo again to ask if we can set a custom Tier 3 price — last time it wasn’t possible, but with more requests, there’s a chance that could change.

I sent a help inquiry about 6 days ago that I do not have access to the QR code feature. A reply was sent to me that the problem was going to department to fix it. I'm still waiting for this to be fix.

I cleared the cache and even tried a different browser and still not luck. I really liked FacePop so far, but the main feature I need is the QR code function. Do you think it would be my best option to repurchase this app and create a new account?
Just did another update right now that removes the limits from qr code. Could you check it out now? To answer your question, no there's no need to re-purchase. Fix should be available right now!
