Q: I opened a trial account to test the platform. My card cannot be removed/cancelled. How do I reach support?
Hello, I signed up to try Facepop before purchasing at Appsumo. Since it asked me for my credit card details for me to be able to try the platform, I inputted my details. I tried cancelling my free trial way before trial date expiry but it won't allow me to cancel. A pop-up always appears when I try to cancel : "Billing information is missing from your account. Our systems are attempting to retrieve the necessary details. Pls try again in 5minutes or contact support for assistance." I sent a message on your support chatbot to no avail. I kept cancelling the trial subscription, also to no avail.
Now, MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED. I still cannot cancel the account and could not remove my card details as it seemed to disappear on the platform. Please help to rectify this & refund the amount charged.

I just checked my account. I still am not able to cancel the trial subscription as it always registers an error. I couldn't find the page where my card details are contained. It's not found in the dashboard menu. My card has already been charged! Need a refund for that. If I'm not able to cancel the subscription, it will keep charging my card every month. Please help to fix this issue asap.

I’m loving FacePop and left a very positive review when I first bought it. However, I’ve been holding out for months hoping for updates to the CTA functionality. The changelog hasn’t been updated since Oct 2024! Has new development stopped?
I reached out to support and got a kind reply from Nevrie (thank you!), but it seems those requests haven’t been picked up by your dev team.
I still can’t use it for my main workflow without a redirect after a Google Sheets CTA or direct integration with Bento or OttoKit (formerly SureTriggers). These feel like easy wins—especially for a team as talented as yours! If nothing else, please add a redirect option to the Google Sheets CTA, since it already exists in the standalone CTA.
Hoping to see FacePop keep growing. Please give us an update soon!
My team and I are currently very active working on a major update related to video collection, which should go live shortly! We've been working on it for months, and it should add great value to your existing purchase.
Regarding integrations, I’d love to add as many as possible. Could you let me know more about Bento or OttoKit? Do you need an integration with them similar to the others—for example, saving contacts directly from FacePop through a CTA? Or is there something else you’d like to see integrated? Any additional detail would really help make my job easier!
