Totally useless, since emails and SMS messages aren't delivered

I bought Feedback Link in 2021 and it worked great until around August of 2025. Up until that point, we were getting tons of customers completing the survey and then posting reviews about our company. However, in August of 2025, it all came to a grinding halt. No more completed surveys and no more reviews.

With so much going on in my business, I didn't realize this right away, but a couple of weeks ago, I realized we hadn't received a survey response or review in months. In fact, the last survey response was last August! I was sure that I'd broken something with the integration, so I logged into Feedback Link to check the send log, but everything looked normal. It showed emails and SMS messages being sent daily, but NO RESPONSES WHATSOEVER! I then emailed Feedback Link support, but after more than a week, NO RESPONSE from them either.

This is incredibly disappointing. I love the platform and as I mentioned, it worked great until it didn't. I don't know if something is broken with their email/SMS sending, so nothing is actually being sent, despite what the logs show, or if, as other users mentioned, everything they send is going to spam. Either way, it's not good and it's even worse that their support is completely non-reponsive, especially since this deal just recently came back to AppSumo.

I'd love for someone from Feedback Link to respond to my support request and fix this issue. If so, I'd happily update this review. Until such time, I strongly advise anyone considering this deal to pass on it.

Good product, useful but not useable

Almost all the emails and sms we sent were marked as spam. We have used similar products but never faced such issues. You need to check your email servers and get them on safe sender list. Another way is to organise whitelisting and let us use our email servers to send. We can use Amazon SES with our login.

As it stands, it may not recover from this issue. Good luck.

You'll see we're getting "opens" for gmail, yahoo etc. Email deliverability is different for each individual, depending on "who" marks "what" as spam, the email subject, and the sender.

As for Text - we have SDLC...
