Good product, useful but not useable
Almost all the emails and sms we sent were marked as spam. We have used similar products but never faced such issues. You need to check your email servers and get them on safe sender list. Another way is to organise whitelisting and let us use our email servers to send. We can use Amazon SES with our login.
As it stands, it may not recover from this issue. Good luck.

You'll see we're getting "opens" for gmail, yahoo etc. Email deliverability is different for each individual, depending on "who" marks "what" as spam, the email subject, and the sender.
As for Text - we have SDLC...

Has some issues
The tool looks pretty nice and easy to handle.
I used the "mail"-function asking customers for feedback - but never received and answer.
As I tested it, I saw why:
It will go directly into spam and also looks more like a phishing attack as a Mail you want to send to customer.
Next complicated part: I asked a befriended customer to test the tool. She submitted twice and I never received an answer. After asking supprt it turns out: If you click on the link you go directly to a test-environment. The only hint a small extention in the URL.
I mean: Are you kidding me?
It looks nice, but the UX here is rubbish.

However, as explained via support - the survey test feature is NOT active when sending out mails to customers. Customers who respond via email invite will definitely not see the test survey. Test functionality is only when you click inside your dashboard, as the message clearly states.
We unfortunately don't have much control over spam, as each email...

For this price?!?!? What a deal! - Birdeye costs 4,000% more... every year! And feedback link is easier to use. If you need to generate new positive reviews and feedback for your business, you'll regret not purchasing this one.

Can't get it working with Google Maps and can't get a response
It has a good look and feel but I could not find how to connect it to Google Maps. I sent them a support email and they were able to connect it for me. It took about 20 hours but they connected it saying that it is a known issue for businesses that don't have a physical address.
When I look at their own Facebook, they have not had any posts in five years.
I tried to connect it to Zapier as that is one of the features and Zapier indicates that FeedbackLink is not set up on Zapier.
I want to use this product but it feels like it is not fully functional so I am not sure I can really use it.
