I’ve seen this software on AppSumo for a long time now. Are you still actively developing new features for Flipbooklets? (it seems like there haven't been any significant updates since 2024)
Q: Purchased Tier 3 and having some issues would appreciate response to my email
Hi, I sent a direct email via your website. I purchased Tier 3, I added CNAME records more than 48 hours ago, with TTL of 1 minute. The CNAME has propagated, I have checked via DNS Toolbox websites. I own another FlipBooks product also via appsumo, and the CNAME on that was setup in minutes. I am still having issues with yours. Can you please look into your Bunny.net hosting to see if everything is configured because it's saying "Domain suspended or not configured". Thank you. Sye

If DNS has fully propagated, this usually means the custom domain just needs an additional verification step with our provider. Their default message is “Domain suspended or not configured”, which we know isn’t very...
Hi Beesum, same issue here ... seeing "Domain suspended or not configured" even if it shows active on admin FlipBooklets. Already email you and waiting for a resolution! Thanks, Adrian

Thanks very much for your question. 2-factor authentication isn’t currently on our roadmap. Given the nature of the service and the data involved, we do not feel it is essential at this stage. We've not had any requests.

Hi, Looks great. Considering buying tier 3. However, a review posed these somewhat caveats: 1. Requires an upgrade to change the logo colour. 2.
