Q: Your example flipbooks on your site are a bit slow - is that standard?
I like your product and am considering buying Tier 3, but the sample booklets on your site took 3-5 seconds each to first load. That's not a crazy long time, but today when users expect instant loading, it feels a bit slow. I am assuming your own sample PDFs are fully web-optimized, so is this initial lag expected even with the most optimized forms?

A: Hi AppMeister, thanks for your question, I'm happy to clarify. In March 2022 we distributed a press release announcing a new version of FlipBooklets through a syndication service. That release was picked up and published across a wide network of outlets.
The content is published on those platforms via their networks, though it's distributed rather than editorially commissioned coverage....
Also, can your product identify individual panels on a horizontal PDF and place each panel on a separate flipbook page; identical to FLIPHTML5?
Also, what is distinctively unique with your product compared to others in the market? Why should we buy it?

Thanks for reaching out. We were not aware of any downtime in May and our monitors did not flag anything. Also, your link does not show any image so I am not quite sure what you were seeing at that time.
I am afraid that we do not have the functionality to identify individual panels on a horizontal PDF and place each panel on a separate flipbook page.
