The app is promising but there are some opportunities to make it way better.
For example, there is no way to upload my own video or shorts from YouTube.

The inputs field should have an option for the address. If I want to collect the address of user, it gets a bit messy to get the info in the right format.

It would have been great if there was an option to customize the look of the buttons and upload a custom background to the form.

I found Formly when I described to a friend (Mastermind group) about the difficulty I was having in my search for an assessment/survey/quiz solution to support a new product I'm launching. He told me about a friend of his that had just purchased Formly and was raving about it.

My need was to find an assessment tool that would provide the Likert scale and full automation inside of the product (no other add-ins needed). Ash and the team at Formly were super helpful to address all my questions - even doing a Zoom session to demo some of the key features I needed.

After the demo session I bought immediately. I'm nearly done building the solution in Formly and the software has been very solid. I'm very happy for the referral to the product and also ecstatic about the AppSumo deal!

Leaving four tacos as there is no tracking available for this product. You cannot add code to the page, no UTM tracking, or ability to place any pixels for any networks which means if you are running ads you cannot use this service at all. The customer support has been very responsive and I find the app without a lot of bugs. Can't wait to see what future versions bring.

I've run a couple of quick surveys with this. It's not the most customizable in terms of look, but it's highly function in creating many different types of quizzes, surveys, or data collection options for your audience.
Last week, I scheduled a call with support for a walk through, and they made it very simple to learn how to do exactly what I want.

I'm a teacher trying to create a multiple-choice quiz and had some questions. Ash from Support texted me back and even did a Google Meet with me to show me step-by-step what to do. I'm happy with the support of Formly.

Overall Good..
But the Design of the Forms and Quizzes is very boring..
And as an Arabic user, I have big Problems with the display of Results (Quiz): it's not optimal to read and if I download the Results as a PDF: it's impossible to read anything!

Tip:
I've seen the interactive amazing Design from Outgrow, and if this can be something similar to it, I will be happy to pay more for a lifetime software!

Creating a quiz for lead generation had been on my wishlist for a long time. Thanks to Formly, I was able to implement it effortlessly.

Now I consistently generate over 20 qualified leads per week through Instagram. The exceptional customer service is the cherry on top - definitely deserves 5 Tacos!

I've been wanting to create a quiz lead magnet for my business for the longest time, and I'm so glad I finally did and chose to use Formly to build my quiz. Using one of their templates as a base, I was impressed that I was able to customize the colors and fonts to fit my brand. I'm excited to finish mapping the answer choices to different results using the Logic tab and then putting all this data to work for my business using the automatic Google Sheet and any other tech integrations I set up.

Most importantly, I'm really pleased with the customer service. I was having some issues with my account this weekend, and they responded on a Sunday so I could get back to the project I started working on on Saturday. Looking forward to publishing my quiz, growing my email list, and creating more forms, surveys, and quizzes!

I bought and tried this product but was disappointed that the advertisements looked easy to use. However, they were the opposite because they were not very user-friendly. So much time was wasted on my part.

I'm still getting the hang of Formly, but I'm already seeing the potential which is impressive. The team are very responsive and Ash in particular was patient and helpful. I had noticed some early bugs/issues, and they fixed the issue within a day. It's refreshing to have a product's team be so responsive! The forms are beautiful and reasonably customizable.

After purchasing this product, I was very frustrated and considered getting a refund because of the learning curve of setting up a quiz. I set up a call and Ash gave me a demo and looked over my quiz and gave me some pointers and answered all my questions. I think I understand it a lot better now and am going to move forward with using it as a lead magnet for my travel business.

When I bought it, it was missing the functions that I needed but they were on the roadmap. And on time they delivered. So now it's perfect for my needs and it gets better. Also the support is really quick and helpfull.

I haven't explored Formly extensively yet, but it looks easy to use and I really like the features. Their customer service is awesome, Ash graciously helped me manually enter my Appsumo codes late-night on a weekend and had a super fast response time.

I've just started to use this tool to do quiz for my customers. Everything works very beautifully no one will forget customers' site.

I've just built a complex quiz-funnel with scoring, variables, multiple outcome screens, conditional email notifications, and then decorated it with images, and embedded it in my website.
Everything works flawlessly. I could do everything I wanted to (with one exception: to be able to paginate the quiz into groupings of questions, rather than the two choies of either all one page, or all individual questions). But aside from that one quibble, I'm thoroughly impressed and very glad I went with a large purchase on this. Thank you, Formly. I needed a good system, and this is it.
