Hi there, we currently use zoom events as we operate online conferences and need the option to be able to offer four or five streams at one time, within one event.
Our events have up-to five presenters speaking at a time, in different ‘rooms’.
Is this something that is possible?
If it is possible, how do people navigate between rooms?
Is the software accessible in terms of those with sight loss, is it compatible with screen readers?

A: Hey Jenny.
1. Yes, you can have multiple rooms running simultaneously in an independent way.
2. There are different ways to navigate between rooms. You can use the All Rooms button to see the grid of rooms, or add navigation arrows pointing to different rooms, or embed a panel with different links.
3. Accessibility is something we’re actively improving. The interface includes labeled...
You can customize the rooms the way you want, but overall experience is to create environments where your attendees will feel the belong somewhere, with your branding, colors and personality. While there's a limited free version available, I'd recommend picking this deal as AppSumo has a 60-days refund policy. That way you can test all features.
Q: Is GoBrunch Free for Internal Business Meetings?
Hello GoBrunch Support,
I would like to ask about using GoBrunch for internal business meetings.
Is it possible to use GoBrunch for free if it is only for internal team meetings (not for paid events or external clients)?
Or are there any fees required even for internal use?
Could you also clarify the limitations of the free plan and when it is necessary to upgrade to a paid plan?
Thank you for your assistance 🙏

A: Hi. 1. If by "free" you mean without grabbing this AppSumo deal, the answer is that depends. We have a very limited free version pretty much for testing purposes and only accomodate very small meetings.
2. Fees are only applied if you use our Community Feature to collect payments from your members or clients. If you're using only for meetings you don't have to.
I appreciate your taking time to answer these questions.
What is the difference between a participant and a member ?
Thank you

A: Participant - someone who joins your meeting or event. They don't need to sign up, just type their names
Member - someone who joins your community, either because they paid or added their emails manually. Here sign up is mandatory to be part of your membership.
Community is a specific feature that allows you to lock down specific rooms only for your members.
I'm just a bit skeptical about having another LTD when so many other small companies have jumped ship leaving me with a useless app. How can you afford to stay in business offering life time deals ? What guarantees do we have you'll be around a few years from now ?
Thanks

A: Hi Jcolome, we’ve been building GoBrunch since 2018.
Behind GoBrunch is our company Febracorp LLC and it was also backed by my business school Live University.
From a sustainability perspective, we made some deliberate choices: - We run our own backend infrastructure instead of relying heavily on platforms like AWS, which keeps our costs predictable and much lower. - We barely have variable...
Q: Regarding Recorded Live Webinar and Transaction Fee
Hi
Can we do live webinar from uploaded recorded video as well at a particular time automatically? If yes, will it also check the attendance of participants?
In which scenario transactional fee is applicable?

A: Hey thank you for asking. 1. You can do webinars from uploaded recorded videos but our player doesn't play at a particular time. It plays automatically when someone joins the room. 2. You can check attendance and participants. The best way is to embed a form in your room alongside your video. 3. Transactional fee is appliable if you decide to collect payments using GoBrunch, usually from a...

Thank you so much for your swift response.
From the documentation on here, it looks very gamified and cartoon like with the graphics. Is this standard? As we’re used to zoom (boring but simple)
Also, is there any option to trial, even for an hour or is this something that is not possible?

Can each participating member see each other on screen ? If so, is there a way to pre select which ones are visible and not ?
Yes, they see each other. You cannot select who is showing or not, but you can save some spots only to moderators, or hide circles below the scene.

I think I'm signing up for the tier 3
I think is a good choice. Keep me updated.
