Great Concept, But Not Reliable Enough Yet
Promising platform, but critical limitations (can’t use it… yet)
I really love the concept and overall experience of GoBrunch – the virtual rooms, interface, and feature set are awesome and feel very fresh compared to typical meeting tools.
However, there are several key issues that currently stop me from using it for serious work:
1. No native apps yet
I really need native apps like Zoom on desktop, iOS, and Android. Using everything only through the browser is limiting for my workflow.
2. No video markup/annotation like Zoom
I often need to mark / annotate over video or shared content during meetings (like in Zoom). GoBrunch doesn’t offer this yet, which is a big missing feature for collaboration and training.
3. Screen sharing issues with creative tools
When I share my screen from Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools, some buttons and tool panels do not appear to the viewers. This is a serious problem for design reviews and tutorials where every button and panel matters.
4. Stability & connection problems
The platform is not always stable. Some of my clients failed to connect, or it took a very long time for them to enter the meeting room. For client-facing sessions, this is a major risk.
Otherwise, GoBrunch is genuinely awesome and has huge potential. But because of these limitations, I unfortunately can’t use it as my main meeting platform for now. If they fix the stability issues, improve screen sharing, and release proper native apps with annotation tools, I’d be very happy to fully switch.

I tried repeatedly to activate
I tried repeatedly to activate this program after trying it out and was unsuccessful. I attempted again and got a hold of someone with GoBrunch who was not able to help me and told me to get in touch with AppSumo and I am getting a blank screen.
Promising software but activation and blank screens it seems like I've lost a multi tier purchase. It's very upsetting and I'm extremely hesitant about using AppSumo.
Very lousy response from GoBrunch....

I want to love this, but I can’t.
I purchased this because I wanted an alternative to Zoom. But every time I try to use it, I run it into difficulties. People can’t hear me and I end up having to default back to zoom. Unfortunately I can’t return it either.

Love the TOOL -- But not able to use it... :-(
I *LOVE* the idea and feel of GoBrunch -- 5 stars for that... but unfortunately I am just NOT able to use it. My community members are all based in the Global South (Africa, South Asia, South America) and often have slower internet. They can manage Zoom meetings, most of the time, but GoBrunch just does not work for them. They keep getting disconnected all the time. I am not sure whether GoBrunch has built in any "auto-downsizing-resolution" solution for lower internet quality... but it looks like they have not... HUGE PITY, as I would LOVE to use GoBrunch, and I know my community would LOVE it too --- IF it worked.
So, 5 Tacos for the platform. 1 Taco for being unusable for me >> 3 stars...
Really hope that this can be SOLVED... Will update my rating as soon as that is done.
