Q: Layout of Gozen forms when viewed on mobile device
We are using the "slides" option when creating our Gozen form. When viewed on desktop device, the text size of the questions is ok. But when viewed on mobile device, the text size of the questions is extremely small relative to the phone's screen size. Dear Aishwarya, thanks for the reply! I have edited my custom theme to use font as Large (L) but this does not help much on mobile as the "layout" as seen on a mobile device is still unchanged. I have reached out to live chat but there is no response. My text messages are reflected as "seen" but there is no reply. I seem to be chatting with myself. *What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Q: Date of Exported CSV file of Responses
When we view the responses in the "Responses" tab, we can see the local submitted date and time. However when we click the "Export" button and view the CSV file the submitted date and time is in GMT format. How can we set the submitted date and time to be our local date and time instead of GMT?
A: Hi, Currently, we support ISO time. There is no setting to automatically adjust the export date and time to local time. You may need to manually convert the time after exporting.
