What a shame. I know the refund period is over. But still, I want my money back. I only use this form app once. And the second time, it closes my account and forcing me to switch to a monthly plan.
Q: Layout of Gozen forms when viewed on mobile device
We are using the "slides" option when creating our Gozen form. When viewed on desktop device, the text size of the questions is ok. But when viewed on mobile device, the text size of the questions is extremely small relative to the phone's screen size. Q: Date of Exported CSV file of Responses
When we view the responses in the "Responses" tab, we can see the local submitted date and time. However when we click the "Export" button and view the CSV file the submitted date and time is in GMT format. How can we set the submitted date and time to be our local date and time instead of GMT?
A: Hi, Currently, we support ISO time. There is no setting to automatically adjust the export date and time to local time. You may need to manually convert the time after exporting.
