Since I found the first website to generate digital voices, I always check if Italian voices are good enough. They weren't, they aren't, and they've never been. They sound robotic OR with a strong English accent, which is even worse. Not your fault, of course, but you didn't solve this. Lorenzo, the first voice you propose if I switch to italian, sounds as someone from NYC. What about all the...

A: Hello,
We are actively integrating many new voices, including improved voices for Italian and other languages.
What is difference between non AI credits and AI credits? Can it help to translate speech to text, for example note taking.

A: Hello,
AI credits and non-AI credits are both used for text-to-speech generation — they simply apply to different voice models with appropriate ratios. AI credits are used for our advanced AI voices and models, while non-AI credits are used for basic voice.
Translation is included and does not consume extra credits beyond the audio generation itself.
Do you think this tool could act as a 'voice over' for some content being created for courses? Maybe edited/fixed up in a video editing program? The content being visually displayed in slides bit the voice/vocals coming from your tool? Just curious to this use case possibility.
Yes — absolutely. You can use GSpeech as a voice-over tool for course content and slide-based videos. Just generate the audio from your text and use it in your video editor with your visuals.
We’re releasing direct TTS audio generation in the coming days. Until now we were mainly focused on websites, and this feature is being added now.
That is really nice. Elevenlabs is rated as good, so if you are as good or bettet or looking to surpass them, then your tool is something to look at. I would definitely peek at what they are doing in terms of features and capabilities when considering what capabilities to add or improve in your own tool.
Is professional voice cloning or dubbing on the horizon somewhere down the line?
Q: ‘real-time translation’ and ‘custom voice prompts’
Hello Simon, I am considering purchasing Tier 2, which excludes two features. I have two questions about this: 1. What does ‘real-time translation’ mean? Does it mean that translation into another language takes longer, or is not possible at all? Does it also mean that speech generation itself does not happen in real time? 2. Does the exclusion of ‘custom voice prompts’ also mean that I cannot...

A: Hello,
1. Real-time translation is the globe icon in the player and allows visitors to translate and generate audio in other languages using the GSpeech translation engine. Your website may not have many languages itself, but you can enable additional languages in GSpeech. Also note that multilingual site mode is included in all tiers — if your site already has translated pages, GSpeech shows...
Q: RE PROFESSIONAL VOICE CLONING
Do you have professional voice cloning and dubbing capabilities on the horizon?

Q: PREMIUM FEATURES
Are any premium TTS models excluded from tier 5?
Broadly speaking, are any premium features excluded from tier 5?
Do we have API access at tier 5?
Is BYOK feature in the pipeline for tier 5?
Any exciting or pending feature updates in the near term?
Simon_Poghosyan
Feb 3, 2026A: Hello,
Tier 5 was added for larger clients and includes all currently available premium features and TTS models — none are excluded.
Broadly speaking, all released premium options are included in Tier 5.
API access is not available yet — it is planned for the future, but not in the near term.
BYOK (bring your own key) is also not available and not on the short-term roadmap.
We’re actively...
