It's Ok with some learning curves
The software is OK to navigate, but it's not always the most intuitive and has definitely a learning curve. The form builder is basic, but it won't offer many customizations. I set up email notifications to receive alerts when a form is submitted and when tasks are due, but haven't received any notifications for either.
In just a little bit of using it, I've run into several buggy behaviors, like the redirect delay not saving ("invalid input"), or adding a web tab also never saving (no error message, it just doesn't save).
The software seemed to have all I needed and more until I got to the point of linking LinkedIn to capture leads. Purchasing a license through AppSumo doesn't include one of the most important connections: LinkedIn. Instead, it's priced at an additional $12 per month.
One last thing: Reaching out for support is easy through chat. However, it sometimes takes a week to get a response.

Amazing and easy to use
I’d love to have Heffl in German. As a business owner, this tool is a must-have. It’s like other CRM tools but easy to use and not overly complicated. I particularly like the whole gantt chart for leads and the way i can document everything and write invoices. Highly recommended.

Heffl.com is a very good CRM software with a clean interface and useful features for managing leads, contacts, and daily business activities. This is one of the rare opportunities on AppSumo that I genuinely find valuable. For the price, this app is absolutely outstanding. I canceled my QuickBooks account without hesitation — it’s simply far better than any similar tool I’ve used so far.
