It seems Heybase is closing down.
To my shock, everything is just crashing, and support has disappeared from the face of the earth. No replies to numerous support emails. Their support forum is full of questions about bugs, and if they are out of business, there are no replies. I can't even perform the most basic tasks, such as uploading business logos and photos. The chatbot ignores you, and nothing happens. This is one of those AppSumo products that I'm sad to say was just a hit-and-run solution. Do not invest in this, should they ever open for more deals on this platform—horrible experience, but I had such high hopes. This is happening with an increasing number of these solutions. This is the second one in my stack that just disappeared without a trace and didn't even say "Hey Base! We are out of here! Good Luck!"

Support Needs Improvement
I tried to update the email address on my account, but the support experience was disappointing. The first time, Karan responded and asked for my AppSumo invoice, which I sent, but I have never heard back since last year. I reached out again to support@heybase.io, but still received no reply. It feels like the company is no longer active. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this product to other Sumolings.

Bad response time on support. I have reached out 2 days ago, on the chat, and stil no answer. It's in the middle of the week, no holidays, or weekend. So the owner do not look at the site/email/chat daily? Waiting for a reply, so if this is how it starts I'm conserned about the product.

Bugs and where's customer support?
Seems great. Worked as expected. But I sent 2 emails with 1 video that had a bug recording. Haven't heard back from them. One bug prevents us from editing the page name. And the second is preventing embedding a webpage URL into a clicked tab. Their contact email on website yielded no responses.
