Q: Give Growth Users More AI Employees and Role Flexibility
Tier 3 feels too limited with only two AI Employees. A more practical structure would be Tier 1 = 1 AI Employee, Tier 2 = 2, and Tier 3 = at least 3, since advanced users often need separate employees for website support, sales, social media DMs, and other workflows. Because AI Employees share the same credit pool, adding more on Tier 3 should not necessarily increase usage cost, but would give users much more flexibility. It would also be valuable to let users create custom AI Employee roles, not only predefined roles. This would make Tier 3 better suited to agencies, growing businesses, and multi-channel workflows, and create a stronger reason to upgrade.

Jun 11, 2026A: Thanks for sharing your feedback and diving deep into how you want to structure your workflows. We always appreciate when Sumo-lings challenge us to look closely at our limits.
The packages and features we offer here are directly mapped to our full monthly pricing, but brought to the AppSumo community with a massive lifetime discount. That said, we hear your point about the shared credit pool and adding more flexibility for multiple employees on Tier 3, and we will think about it.
As for custom roles and the specific multi-channel workflows you highlighted, we are actually taking a big leap forward with our upcoming AI v2 rollout. In this new version, we are changing the setup to just three core roles: Support, Sales, and General.
We chose this direction because AI v2 introduces major foundational upgrades like built-in per role baseline, guardrails, significantly improved user detail awareness, Assets (allowing the AI to seamlessly send media), and custom exit points. We wanted to pack all this heavy capability into a straightforward, no-code configuration with a much friendlier user experience that requires zero technical skills. These three optimized roles will easily handle the website support, sales, and social media DM use cases you brought up, but with far better execution and control.
Thanks for your questions and for keeping us on our toes.
And again, not be able to remove Powered by, referring the need to upgrade to higher plan, when Tier3 is the highest and for $299 this should at least be included, not forced into subscription what makes LTD meaningless
What about removing Powered by as well?
