Q: Tier 3 entitlement issue, “Powered by Heyy” removal not available

Hi Heyy team,
I purchased License Tier 3, which is the highest AppSumo tier currently available.

When I try to remove the “Powered by Heyy” branding, the system shows an upgrade message saying I need a higher plan to unlock more features, users, credits and AI Employees.

This appears to be a plan mapping or entitlement issue, because Tier 3 is presented as the top lifetime tier on AppSumo. For a top-tier purchase, I would expect the available branding controls to work without being redirected to upgrade again.

Could you please confirm whether “Powered by Heyy” removal is included in Tier 3, and if yes, can you manually enable it or correct the account permissions?

If it is not included, please clarify this clearly in the plan details, because it materially affects the value of the highest tier for customer-facing use.

Daniel Rachlin from Heyy answered another user on May 19, 2026 and said removing the “Powered by” watermark is reserved for monthly Enterprise clients (the badge helps spread the word and enables offering lifetime deals); with 3,000 credits, at about 5 credits per booking you can expect roughly 500–600 scheduling conversations per month; you can set up an auto-charge to buy extra credits if you run low; and Portuguese support has been logged.
