Tier 3 feels too limited with only two AI Employees. A more practical structure would be Tier 1 = 1 AI Employee, Tier 2 = 2, and Tier 3 = at least 3, since advanced users often need separate employees for website support, sales, social media DMs, and other workflows. Because AI Employees share the same credit pool, adding more on Tier 3 should not necessarily increase usage cost, but would give users much more flexibility. It would also be valuable to let users create custom AI Employee roles, not only predefined roles. This would make Tier 3 better suited to agencies, growing businesses, and multi-channel workflows, and create a stronger reason to upgrade.
#1: How many sites? It's not clear how a prospect starts a conversation? Is there a widget I can install on my WordPress site? If 'yes', how is that configured and what are the options? #2: Booking with my Calendar? I want to have prospects book a meeting date/time: (a) on my calendar, or (b) based on certain conditions on another person's calendar. How is that done? Can I use a Google Calendar and have no worries about double-booking if a certain time slot is already booked? #3: Webhooks? I find Zapier and Make (and such services) can get expensive and they introduce latency into the customer interactions. Do you support WebHooks so I can connect to external systems? Hi Heyy team, I purchased License Tier 3, which is the highest AppSumo tier currently available. When I try to remove the “Powered by Heyy” branding, the system shows an upgrade message saying I need a higher plan to unlock more features, users, credits and AI Employees. This appears to be a plan mapping or entitlement issue, because Tier 3 is presented as the top lifetime tier on AppSumo. For a top-tier purchase, I would expect the available branding controls to work without being redirected to upgrade again. Could you please confirm whether “Powered by Heyy” removal is included in Tier 3, and if yes, can you manually enable it or correct the account permissions? If it is not included, please clarify this clearly in the plan details, because it materially affects the value of the highest tier for customer-facing use. Thanks, Marcus
