Yes, this is possible — as long as users who view specific products are recorded in your system. Once those visitors are saved to a list, we can target them with retargeting campaigns.
The key question is whether your system currently tracks product views. If you can confirm that, we can give a better answer.
Hi, can you clarify (on the site there are no instructions or references) on how the shopify integration works? Is there a 2 way sync? Can we automate? How to connect? 7.5 users for an ecomm is quite short, so trying to understand if it can be a good fit or not. Do you have also lead capture forms we can integrate/use?
The Shopify integration works through a Shopify Custom App. You create the app in Shopify, which provides the API credentials, then enter those credentials in the Shopify section of INBOX to connect your store. Once connected, Shopify customer and e-commerce data can be synced into INBOX and used for segmentation, email campaigns, and automations.
Can you remove subscribers and gain back the allowance they used? For example remove 50 subscribers gives you the ability to subscribe 50 more without needing or using 50 more subscriber slots?
Unfortunately no, removing subscribers won't give you that allowance back. Once you've sent campaigns to your lists, those contacts count toward your total capacity and can't be deleted to free up slots.
This plan works best for businesses with a steady base of regular customers. If your list is growing, your best bet would be upgrading to a higher subscriber tier.
Q: Inbox suitable for this?
Hey guys,
We run a newsletter with 28,000 subscribers and send roughly 100,000 emails per month. Our average open rate is around 10%.
Would Inbox be suitable for this volume and use case? We’re currently using Brevo but are exploring other options.
Thanks,
Chris

Q: Ecommerce Product Retargeting
Does this email retarget people who have viewed certain products on an e-commerce site?

I think Klaviyo has a Browse Abandonment Flow that retargets automatically!

Q: Automation Triggers
Is there a trigger to stop an automation when a recipient replies to an email.

Hi Alex, yes, there are two options like that. 1. you can stop the automation, 2. you can unsubscribe that contact if that is necessary.

Awesome thank you.

How do I find this trigger? I don't see it when looking at the trigger in the automations.
You can find both triggers on the left sidebar menu but under "Actions"
