Newest update as of April 22, 2026: it seems Jogg AI still has not learned anything. Seems they went back to not listening to the feedback we provided in the past.

A big reason many of us bought the lifetime deal was because we wanted a platform that did lipsync and it included AI credits for added features. Now they want to introduce additional features while separating them from those AI credits, which completely defeats the purpose. They even sent another email around april 10 to AppSumo customers saying they want to be transparent about offering an AI agent and letting users vote on whether it should be paid through a separate balance or BYOK. That is not a real solution, because it still does not allow us to use the AI credits that were part of the deal. Other companies that have ltds that give you monthly ai credits, they just charge higher credits but you can still use the credits you have on your ltd. NOT THIS COMPANY.

It feels like they have not even looked at the market. Other lifetime deals already include AI agents, and some other LTDs I bought did not even have every feature at launch, yet those companies still honored their promises by allowing credits to be used toward new features. Jogg AI clearly has not learned from that, and they are going to keep losing business until they understand why customers are upset.

The worst part is that they still have not fixed the lip-syncing issues. All of us who bought jogg ai bought because we wanted a platform with good lipsync. They kept promising and failed to deliver. At this point, I do not even use my Jogg AI plan anymore because Seedance 2.0 does a better job with lip-syncing than any Jogg AI feature ever has.

Overall, this feels like a waste of money. I honestly wish I could get a refund, because I have already had to buy other lifetime deals that include Seedance and AI agents just to get the features Jogg AI failed to deliver. They heavily promoted the value of their AI credits, but those credits now feel almost useless when they keep adding features that cannot even be used with them. I spent 10,000 dollars with other companies who actually delivered on what they promised. Jogg ai still doesn't get it, people are only loyal to you if you are loyal to what you promised. Imagine, i could have spent more money with jogg but i didn't because they didn't live up to their promises. When i like a company i spend more, if you don't deliver your promise, then i look elsewhere.

I believe in fairness, and I also believe in recognizing when a company makes genuine improvements.

I originally left a 1-star review for Jogg AI. Since then, I’ve noticed that the team has listened to feedback and added third-party tools such as Kling 2.6 and PixVerse. I appreciate that they have been making real updates, and because of that, I’ve updated my review to 2 stars. That said, I still believe there is room for further improvement.

The main reason I have not moved to a 5-star review is that the lip sync still needs work. I would also love to see additional models added, including Kling 01, Kling Motion Control, Seedance 2.0, and Kling 3.0. I understand that these models can be expensive to implement, so I do recognize that there are likely cost considerations involved.

That said, I think Jogg AI should seriously consider adding Wan 2.5, and possibly Wan 2.6 as these two models are affordable. Wan appears especially promising because of its strong custom-audio lip-sync capabilities, which could help address one of Jogg AI’s biggest current weaknesses. Since Jogg AI has promoted its AI avatars as having strong lip sync, I think this would be a particularly valuable area to focus on.

From what I’m seeing, the AI video space is becoming increasingly competitive. Many companies, including those offering lifetime deals, are now providing access to these kinds of models. For that reason, I believe it would be wise for Jogg AI to keep a close eye on the market and remain competitive as user expectations continue to rise.

Here is why I believe these models could add value:

Kling 01: Offers video editing in a way that feels similar to how Nano Banana edits images.
Kling Motion Control: A performance-capture model that allows users to upload a performance and transfer that motion to an avatar image.
Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0: In my view, these are among the strongest image-to-video and text-to-video models currently available, with native audio and some of the best lip sync I’ve seen.

I do appreciate that Jogg AI has started listening to feedback and making improvements. If the company continues making meaningful updates, I believe it can earn back more trust from the community over time. Thank you for listening and continuing to improve.

La plataforma estaba bastante bien y tenía muchas funciones interesantes. Pero desde hace 5 días no funcionan las plantillas ni el poder editar los audios de un vídeo creado, y teniendo en cuenta que eso es fundamental para poder corregir imperfecciones, la plataforma queda inservible para su uso. Escribí a soporte y me contestaron al día siguiente que no tenían constancia de los errores y que si les podía enviar un pequeño vídeo de los problema y lo hice incluso en dos ocasiones porque no me han vuelto a contestar... Espero que lo solucionen rápido, porque si dependes de la aplicación para tú trabajo como yo te hacen una buena faena... Y es una pena porque la aplicación en sí está bastante bien, pero claro cuando funciona...

I currently give Jogg.ai **2 stars**. The product could have deserved more, but only if the company had kept its promises. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

ElevenLabs V3 is still prominently advertised in the documentation (https://www.jogg.ai/knowledge-base/voice-elevenlabs-v3/) , yet when I contacted support, I received the blunt response: “...the 11Labs option will not be available.” In reality, the option had existed before and was then quietly removed from the model settings without any proper announcement. That is not transparent communication. That is breaking a promise.

For months, I have also been waiting for a fix in the API that should prevent subtitles from being rendered into videos. The documentation shows such a setting, but it simply does not work. Apparently, nobody considered it necessary to test this properly. As a result, I had to render multiple videos again. Readers can calculate the unnecessary cost for themselves. This could have been avoided if the team had listened and taken more care.

I strongly urge the Jogg.ai team to address these two issues: reactivate ElevenLabs V3 for all LTD customers as promised, and finally fix bugs like the subtitle-rendering problem. That is how a company preserves credibility.

The application has improved in some areas, but the behavior described above is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

As seen with other purchasers, API key issues persist, now we have to BYOK for Veo and the Avatar lip sync is horrible. Pay for HeyGen instead !

Unfortunately I cannot refund that deal since it is beyond 90 day mark.
