I make it work on my account but I was trying to show someone the system. Signed them up for a free account and on the free plan.

The free plan still has plenty of credits (only 1 article generated) and now it just forces you to buy. Its supposed to be a monthly free credit but there's no way to close the pop up and it just forces it no matter where your at.

I really tried to give this software a good go, but it just could not handle the level of context I require to produce good quality output. My co-work setup does a lot better job, handles a lot more context, and this software was rendered useless.

I reached out to the team multiple times. The first time they came back with a new fix which was allowing to add a little bit more context, but that context didn't even begin to cover the level of detail that I have in my existing system inside of Cowork. After that, they stopped responding to my support requests.

The Googlemeet was no show. I sent them an email with screenshots almost a week ago and they haven't bothered to respond to reschedule. Very odd!!

I reached out for support to better understand the product and address some specific pain points. I was informed that the CEO was traveling and would return on May 3, at which point I would receive a calendar link for a meeting. It’s now May 12, and I still haven’t received any link, even after sending a reminder yesterday. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to utilize the product effectively, which means we’re not seeing any return on our investment. If I don’t receive a response by the end of this week or, at the latest, by the middle of next week, I will have no choice but to request a refund. This experience raises concerns about the level of support we can expect moving forward. I’m quite disappointed so far.

And even then, the quality wasn't always consistent. But after using Katib, especially over the last few years, everything became more structured, faster, and more professional. Let's jump inside the platform. This is the dashboard, and this is where everything starts. From here, I can create new articles, track performance access AI tools, manage content. You can also see things like clicks, views, and CTR, which gives you a quick idea of how your content is performing. There's even integration with Search Console, which helps connect your content with real data. Now let's create an article. This is where Katib really stands out. The platform generates SEO-optimized content, structured headings, research-backed information, real citations. So instead of starting from zero, you're starting from a strong foundation. Next step, keywords. Then I can choose the language. For example, Arabic as the main language, with English used for titles or products. I can also define the target country or keep it global. This helps tailor the content to the right audience. Now here's something I really like. I can define my writing style and brand identity. So instead of generic content, everything matches my brand voice. For example, I can use my brand identity Alelham, and the system will generate content aligned with it. There's also something called the content queue, which helps you plan and schedule your articles. Now let me show you how I schedule an article inside Katib. First, I enter the topic or keyword, or I can simply click Give Me An Idea if I need inspiration. Then I choose the scheduled date and time. I can also select the language, target country, and timezone. I can define the writing style and even add custom guidelines if I want more control over the output. And one of my favorite features, I can enable auto-publish to WordPress. So once the article is ready, it gets published automatically. So instead of managing everything manually, I can plan, automate, and stay consistent with my content strategy. Now let's move to another powerful feature inside Katib, which is the AI image generator. I can simply describe what I want, and within seconds, the platform generates a high-quality image for me. I can also choose the visual style, like photorealistic, the resolution, and even enhance the prompt automatically. This means I can create unique visuals that perfectly match my content. And honestly, this adds a huge level of professionalism to my website without extra effort. Over the years, it has saved me a huge amount of time and effort, and it has truly improved my entire content workflow. That's why I've been using it consistently since 2022, and it continues to be an important tool for me. Katteb has a solid concept, but after proper testing, the execution does not fully match the promise.

I followed the full setup, trained it on my website, customised the brand voice, and defined my writing style. Despite this, the generated content still felt generic, clearly AI-written, and too far from my actual tone.

A key concern is that Katteb’s own Humanizer rated the content at only 15% “likely human-written.” From my experience, that score felt accurate. The output still included AI jargon, repeated phrasing, and the typical structure most AI content tools produce.

The Humanizer needs to go beyond light rewriting. It should actively improve flow, remove obvious AI patterns, reduce generic wording, and better follow the trained writing style.

The UX also needs improvement. Katteb still feels like another AI content writer with separated functionalities, instead of a natural workflow built directly into the AI content generator. More of the standalone features should be integrated into the generation and refinement process, so users have better control without jumping between disconnected tools.

The AI image generator for cover photos also needs work. The results felt weak, generic, and not suitable for professional publishing without replacing or heavily editing them. For a tool focused on SEO and content production, the visual output should support the article quality, not make the final result feel less credible.

Katteb works as a draft generator, but not as a publish-ready SEO or GEO content tool. To get there, it needs stronger brand voice accuracy, more reliable humanisation, better cover image quality, and a more flexible, user-controlled workflow.

I already did this, ref: Brand Voice: Katteb has two personalization layers. Beyond the Brand Persona settings, go to Writing Styles → Clone Your Style. This runs a 4-step DNA analysis of your actual writing, extracting your tone, sentence rhythm, vocabulary, and formatting habits.

Make sure you set it as your Active Style so it auto-applies to every article. Also, make your Brand Summary (Brand Settings → General) as detailed as possible. It's injected into every AI prompt across the entire platform.

Humanizer: Switch to "Strong" mode and enable the "Human-like Errors" toggle.
