"For instance, if you're a personal trainer, your business extends beyond simple time slots. You might offer BootCamp groups"
I am searching for a booking platform for my business partner and this caught my eye. Here's the use case we are looking for.
My partner offers a course spread over 4 different days. Each day is offered ~1 time every 2 months. So about 5-6 specific days/year for Course 1, same for 2, etc
What we are searching for is a platform to sell these as group bookings, limited in attendance, for each day individually, for multiple individual days (say... client takes day 1 and 2 only) or as a package deal of the 4 days. We would like the client to choose how they want to buy and them allow them to choose a date for each day they choose in one transaction. Is that possible?
A: Hello, This is unfortunately not possible:( What you are describing is not a fully fixed dated program, but a hybrid of two. You can hack your way with kiwi and I am quite optimistic it would be much better than any other software, but it won't have the perfect client side experience, and definitely you will have to compromise from capacity restrictions managed by kiwi. I would recommend to try to find the perfect software, but if you can't, I would start a free tier with kiwi and try it out. The make or break things about this trial is not limited by the free tier. Hope I could help!
Hi. 1. Would your system work for a school that has group (limiting student number) and private lessons? I currently use Google Calendar and a messaging app for my system. I have to receive, reply and enter reservations manually and it's getting harder to keep up. 2. Do you support Japanese? 3. Can i set a lecture to happen every Friday at 8:10 pm to 9pm and allow maximum 8 students to join? 4. (I know this is probably a stretch but) I run classes where some students join remotely while others attend in-school. Can I set up seat limits for both seperately, like 3 online and 8 in class? Thanks
A: Hello! Other than the 4th one, I can confidently say we cover all your requirements! Especially managing fixed dates (like curriculum-based programs) and private classes harmoniously is a huge value, and I must say we’ve never seen any other software achieve it anywhere close to us.
However, your 4th requirement is indeed not doable. What you could do instead is sell it as two separate courses:
Japanese 101 (Online) – Starts on July 8th – Capacity: 3
Japanese 101 (In-Person) – Starts on July 8th – Capacity: 8
It kind of makes sense to me because even the pricing could be different for these alternatives.
All of the above said, I recommend giving it a try before fully committing and entering all your content—because the devil is mostly in the details, and you may discover a missing feature that could be a blocker for you.
hey, is my understanding correct?: - I cannot have a custom domain for admin.kiwilaunch.com - mycompany.book.kiwilaunch.com can become book.mydomain.com - so the end customer booking the service will not see kiwilaunch? - booking emails can go from custom domain - 1 license can be used for 1 business only
A: Hello! The understanding about customization and whitelabeling is very correct, Except for the emailing. Booking confirmation and reminder emails are actually sent from booking@kiwilaunch.com however the reply to as set as your contact email address, and the sender name is set to your business name. So customers won’t understand it, but we don’t do custom email setup.
Hi, I'm on the hunt for a calendar that will allow my client to determine how long the appointment needs to be and then pay depending on how long that duration is. For example if the rate is $50/hour and they book for 2 hours it will automatically charge $100. Is this something that your software can do?
A: Yes... Our platform can perfectly do it in a very built-in way. While creating an appointment based service, the form will ask you the duration, and there will be two radio buttons: - customers can choose - standard duration
For the customers can choose option, you can add 1 hour, 2 hours etc.. The good thing is, it won't just charge automatically pro-rated. Because probably you will want to give a small discount for multiple hours, and you can do $50 for 1 hour, and $90 for 2 hours.
You can also add a custom question to further achieve dynamic pricing like: "Add Boxing Gloves? (+$45)" 1 hour - don't add boxing gloves : $50 1 hour - add boxing gloves : $95 2 hours- don't add boxing gloves : $90 2 hours - add boxing gloves : $135
Q: Would this work for a business with four branches?
I am considering buying Kiwilaunch for a driving school with four branches that has 20 instructors.

Q: Boot Camp groups
I got a very specific question about one claim :
