Q: Payment gateway request

Hello. Can I request for you to add Toyyibpay payment gateway integration? It is a very well known and heavy usage payment gateway in my country.

A: Hello! We don’t plan to add a third payment gateway. We received tremendous pressure to add paypal and even the share of paypal didn’t turn out to be high enough to justify our efforts. Sorry to inform but being honest!

Q: Paid booking for mechanic workshop

I am working together with mechanic workshops with 3 branches. We would like to have an order page where, it can show which of the 3 workshops to choose from.

Then a calendar show up, where customer can select which date is still available (booked/vacant) for booking.

Then when they select specific date and time,
it redirect to a payment gateway (PayPal or stripe),
then after payment successfully made,
then it redirect to thank you page (showing the appointment details of the date and time).

Then the "calendar" will automatically be updated showing the latest date availability (booked or vacant).

Can it do that?

A: You can do it but the devil is in the details. For example for 3 branches you will need to create three sepErate services. I would recommend to test it and see if it works before you buy it, because testing these won’t require a paid subscription.

Q: 3 tours, same time

Hello.
I am a tour guide.
I am the only one working.
But I offer 3 different tours, start at 9 am.

If someone books a tour on one day, is it possible that the other two tours automatically become unavailable?
So, nobody can book the same day (no double booking)

A: If these are private tours, yes you can. If these are group tours, and if the first person who books practically "decides/dictates" which tour it is going to happen, then it wouldn't work.
The devil might be in the details though, I recommend to play with it through a free account first. Hope I could answer!

Q: Would this work for a business with four branches?

I am considering buying Kiwilaunch for a driving school with four branches that has 20 instructors.

A: Hello! We don't have a built in branch feature to separate account, crm base etc..
However you can define different service locations.
You can then create "driving course 10 sessions (location 1)" , "driving course 10 sessions (location 2)" kind of services.
However, if these are franchisees, and they should have separate accounts and accounting, you may either create different kiwi accounts, or look for a tailored solution other than kiwi.

Q: Boot Camp groups

I got a very specific question about one claim :

"For instance, if you're a personal trainer, your business extends beyond simple time slots. You might offer BootCamp groups"

I am searching for a booking platform for my business partner and this caught my eye. Here's the use case we are looking for.

My partner offers a course spread over 4 different days. Each day is offered ~1 time every 2 months. So about 5-6 specific days/year for Course 1, same for 2, etc

What we are searching for is a platform to sell these as group bookings, limited in attendance, for each day individually, for multiple individual days (say... client takes day 1 and 2 only) or as a package deal of the 4 days. We would like the client to choose how they want to buy and them allow them to choose a date for each day they choose in one transaction. Is that possible?

A: Hello, This is unfortunately not possible:( What you are describing is not a fully fixed dated program, but a hybrid of two. You can hack your way with kiwi and I am quite optimistic it would be much better than any other software, but it won't have the perfect client side experience, and definitely you will have to compromise from capacity restrictions managed by kiwi.
I would recommend to try to find the perfect software, but if you can't, I would start a free tier with kiwi and try it out. The make or break things about this trial is not limited by the free tier.
Hope I could help!
