Q: Support

Is there any way to get support for this product? I set this up for a client but I don't even see a support option in the interface. I can't find any documentation on the website or... anywhere. I was trying to set the application up to only allow one booking a day or even better, only specific types of bookings on specific days. I don't know if this is possible or not, and I am asking on appsumo because I can't find support of any kind on the kiwilaunch site. Am I missing something?

We have intercom messenger bubble at the right bottom of the page. We do a cookie check (as intercom uses cookies) and if intercom is not loaded, we are showing help button on the left side as a fall back, to guide you to reach support@kiwilaunch.com .
Our documentation is readily available at help.kiwilaunch.com, normally it is also linked from both.

as to answering your question(s): you need to decide elaborate a bit more what you mean. You can play with working hours, service schedule type, service duration and service buffer time to probably configure what you want. Please feel free to reach support for further questions!

How is the white label? can I edit the theme and add my logo?
there is app so user friendly>? I seen someone mentioned the app not working..
Can I collect emails? and hook up with email system?
The video meetings are available already?

A: Hello! The actual value proposition of our platform is being a whitelabel, meaning any service provider can sell their services with their own logo and brand.
However we don't have an agency whitelabel, meaning the configuration of the online booking page is done from the kiwilaunch branded admin panel.
The bookings will be made with emails, you can integrate via zapier and push them to mailchimp.
video meetings are available through Google Meet only.

Q: Fully white label?

Hi! I purchased this platform and I was setting up the branding and the cname for my business. I noticed that even though I updated the logo and the colors, there are no changes in the internal dashboard. It still shows kiwilaunch logo and the colors, not according to my branding.

Is this fully white label and how can I achieve branding also in the internal platform pages?

A: Hello! we don't have agency whitelabel to sell our platform as own, or use it as custom built.
However the end user components, emails and all communications are customized and works with our clients' brands.

Q: Does this software come with route management for home service business?

I'm looking at using this for a home services business that would have a daily route, based on the patron and their address. Does this app have the capability to manage this? Also, if a patron buys a package that provides annual periodic service, such as lawn care, does this app allow for patrons to buy a package that includes this, but invoices/bills them at the time of service, rather than the full amount all at once? Finally, does it have the capability of doing "add-on" services? For example, if a person pays to have their lawn care performed, would they be able to "add-on" a leaf blowing or hedge trimming service also? Maybe even in some sort of upsell format?

A: Hello! Apologies for late reply, as the appsumo platform doesn't notify anymore regarding the new questions and unless we check randomly, we don't see the questions.
Our platform doesn't create a route for you, and we believe it is a very hard problem to solve. Even custom built enterprise solutions are not catching up with the changing requirements. Even if we developed it, It would become infeasible for our clientele to configure things like
"If in London, there are multiple bookings in Zone 1, make sure to drop them consecutively".
You may disable the invoicing feature, and manually issue invoices from your accounting software based on the service delivery date.

It adds a lot of versatility.
