Q: How to unregister from one device and register on another device if I have one device lifetime plan?
I have the Letterly lifetime plan for 1 device. I changed my phone and now the app says I need to upgrade. How can I unregister my old phone and activate my lifetime plan on my new device? Do I need support to reset the device, or is there a way to do it myself?

A: Hi there! You’ll need to transfer your license from the old device to the new one. This can be done through the Account Manager https://account.letterly.app/ First, make sure you’re logged in with your correct email on the old device. Then, go to the account manager and remove the old device from your account. After that, simply log in on your new phone using the same email – your lifetime...
I recently tested your new desktop dictation app and was truly impressed. The updates, including the ability to record more in a note, rewrite options, and the gallery note toolbar, have already enhanced my experience. After trying various speech-to-text apps, I can confidently say none compare to Letterly.
I have one question: will you be releasing a keyboard for iOS and Android ? This feature...

About the keyboard: yes, we would love to add a keyboard on both iOS and Android. We cannot promise concrete dates yet, but we are definitely looking in this direction and we see that many users are asking for it. So yes, it is something we are considering for the future :)

No need for a keyboard - just add a floating dictate button, or add an icon to the notification bar. There are plenty of good keyboards out there.
