Would you be kind enough to let me know if it's possible to stack codes in the current plan? Also, can I use code from the current offer to stack it on top of the existing codes, which currently include five codes from the previous offer, so I can extend the number of devices I can access at the same time?
A: Hi there! Yes, codes do stack, no worries. It doesn’t matter whether the code is from the current offer or a past one, just redeem it under the same account manager :)
I have been trying to convince the regional manager of my work to adopt your lovely software instead of Nuance Dragon speech-to-text software, which has fewer capabilities than yours. Nonetheless, the manager asked me for more details about the privacy options with your software, as we deal with confidential information related to individuals. He wants more details about how the input into your software will not be viewed by third parties and will not be used to train AI systems.
Unfortunately, I couldn't provide him with this information, although I am sure that you have very solid safeguards in this regard. However, I was unable to find this information on your website.
Would you be kind enough to provide me with some details in this regard so I can expand my discussion with him in light of the information you provide?
A: Hi there, thank you for your question :) We do not share your data with any third parties. While we use ChatGPT’s API (OpenAI) for transcribing and rewriting, your data is processed only to produce the requested result. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models or to improve their systems. All data - specifically audio recordings and text - is stored on our secure servers in the...
Is there a way of recording the system audio in either the Mac or Web version so that I could record and transcribe meetings? I'm just trying to decide where best to activate my second code.
Thank you for your question! At the moment, recording system audio isn’t available in either the Mac or Web version. The closest workaround is to record the meeting without headphones so that the microphone can pick up the sound.
That said, we recommend choosing the Mac app — it has a wider range of features, and we’re about to release an update with some really useful additions,...
A: Hi, thanks for your question! Yes - uploading external audio files for transcription is already available on the iPhone and Mac versions. It will be coming soon to Android as well, and we also plan to add it on the Web.
Q: Some obvious things missing
There are some really obvious things missing. Could you please add:-
1. Ability to play the audio of a voice note from within the note.
2. Add new voice notes to am already-existing note.
3. Multi-select and tag notes.
4. Multi-select and export notes.
Could you also add Make.com integration, and not just Zapier?
I also don't see any options for NO rewrite - just transcribe.

Q: stack codes
Hello,

Also, can I use code from the current offer to stack it on top of the existing codes, which currently include five codes from the previous offer, so I can extend the number of devices I can access at the same time?
Many big thanks, and all the best.

Q: Record System Audio
Hi,
Is there a way of recording the system audio in either the Mac or Web version so that I could record and transcribe meetings? I'm just trying to decide where best to activate my second code.
Thank you :)

Can you please make a Windows version that can have these features?
Q: can I upload the audio and does it transcribe it?
I have an audio file. Can I upload it and transcribe it? From speech to text?
