I recently tested your new desktop dictation app and was truly impressed. The updates, including the ability to record more in a note, rewrite options, and the gallery note toolbar, have already enhanced my experience. After trying various speech-to-text apps, I can confidently say none compare to Letterly.
I have one question: will you be releasing a keyboard for iOS and Android ? This feature...
Q: I keep getting a "no internet" notice and app doesnt work. What should I do?

Tags are good for pulling out notes from across various areas, but we need actual folders to organise notes in to.
E.g., you might have a folder for a particular event you go to that you make notes on, but tag each note with different tags for more overarching topics. Those tags help you pull out notes on the same overarching topic from all different...

A: Thank you so much for the detailed explanation – this is really thoughtful and very helpful feedback.
I’ve passed your request and explanation directly to our product team so they can consider folders as a future feature. Feedback like this genuinely helps us shape the roadmap in a more practical way, so thank you for taking the time to write it out.
We really need a proper Windows app, so we can use things like hotkey to dictate, and setting a permanent microphone (so it doesn't just use Windows default - which can often change. This becomes slow, because you have to change the microphone back to get Letterly to work).
Do you have a date for the Windows app?

A: At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed release date for a native Windows app that we can share yet. That said, it is on our roadmap, and we absolutely understand why a proper Windows app would be valuable.
For now, the web version is the available option on Windows, but a dedicated Windows app is planned – we just can’t announce a timeline yet.
That's great to know it's planned, thank you! The main thing is the dictation feature, and being able to set default microphone separate to system settings, and then being able to open multiple instances of the Windows app. Could you add these as feature requests?
Hi, I just bought the app but haven't activated yet. If I change devices, will this app be moved or be able to be used on the new one?

A: Yes – you’ll be able to move your license to a new device anytime.
If you ever change phones, just delete the old device in your account manager and then log in on the new one with the same email. Your access will activate automatically.
