Q: Health Check not active?

I've purchased Tier 4 and am reviewing all the options available. So far I'm liking what I'm seeing =) What I can't figure out is the Health Check. It shows 0% for any location I select. I don't see any documentation or information on this option. Is this a coming soon item? If so, would be great to have some kind of notification within that setting to reduce confusion.
Please advise.

Q: Why do customers receive promotional emails from you?

We purchased your white label plan with the clear expectation that clients would not be contacted directly by your platform. However, after connecting client Google accounts, they received promotional emails from your brand. This breaks the core purpose of a white label agreement and damages the trust we’ve built with our clients.

We demand you immediately:

Stop contacting clients acquired through white label use;

Delete any marketing messages already sent to their emails;

Explain how this breach occurred and your data handling policies.

This behavior misuses our business relationship to promote your own brand and is unacceptable. Please respond within 7 days or we may escalate this further.

Q: I’m very interested in purchasing License Tier 4 ($419) for managing Google Business Profiles for my clients.

Before finalizing the purchase, I have a few questions about future upgrades:

If I purchase Tier 4 now, can I upgrade later to Tier 5 (unlimited locations / 1,000 keywords)?

What is the cost difference or upgrade fee from Tier 4 to Tier 5?

Will I keep all the data, client accounts, and history from my Tier 4 account when I upgrade to Tier 5?

Is there a time limit or condition to upgrade (e.g., within 30 days)?

If I track the same keyword in 3 locations, does it count as 3 keywords?

Are keyword limits shared across all locations?

Can I delete and replace keywords as clients change?

Can I buy more keywords later? What’s the cost?

Q: Can you change the location?

Is changing the location after setup possible? Like let's say i dont need to track anymore 1 location and I want to replace it with other location.

A: Yes — you can add a new keyword with a different area, or select a non-standard area if needed.
However, it's not possible to edit an existing keyword/location, because we store a daily history of positions and changing it would disrupt the results and data consistency.
