I had my Tier 3 account activated yesterday, but it still shows as a trial. I scheduled a demo to address this issue for the 4th at 9 am, as it might be a glitch, but I received an email saying my meeting was canceled. I logged out and back in this morning, and my account is still in trial. Could you please fix this error or reactivate my scheduled meeting, because I have some other questions as well? Thanks.

Q: I bought tier 3 expecting relatively guided experience for my new restaurant but UI feels like Boeing cockpit.
1. I need help with next steps on how to optimize after I added 10 keywords. There is a scan button but not sure what it does. Not sure whether what I did so far is moving any needles or not.
2. I specifically got tier 2 to get AI generated review response but when I tested it its not responding at all. What am I missing? Is there a 24 hour delay etc?
Right now it seems like you have to do the posts and the reviews using AI....can it be automated so that the program does them without human intervention
