I had bought T2 a year ago I think, it had coworker and now when I click on coworker it say upgrade to T4? Can you please explain has you changed the T2 package?

Q: What happen after keywords are done ?

Are the keyword limits per month or one time use? What happened after they are used? Do you sell more in a different package. I see there is a lot of activation issues is that on your side or appsumo side? Can clients connect their accounts by themselves or I need admin permit from them to onboard them into the platform? Thanks

A: 1) What happens after the keywords are added?
Nothing expires — once you add keywords to your account, they stay there permanently. You manage them however you want: rename, delete, move between client profiles, organize by locations, etc.

2) Are keyword limits monthly or one-time?

Q: Why is my account in trial mode?

I had my Tier 3 account activated yesterday, but it still shows as a trial. I scheduled a demo to address this issue for the 4th at 9 am, as it might be a glitch, but I received an email saying my meeting was canceled. I logged out and back in this morning, and my account is still in trial. Could you please fix this error or reactivate my scheduled meeting, because I have some other questions as well?

Q: Why there is issue in Code redemption

Hello,
I purchased Tire 3 and when try to Activate it says account already exists while till date I never used Local rank tracker and never heard about this. Even after that I try to login with email that it says already exists when time of login it says no account exists with this email. Too strange!! Please can you help me to activate account.
