Currently, outreach campaigns can only be sent using the WhatsApp Business API, which is already included in our monthly plan. With the API, you can manage campaigns at scale, send templates, and automate workflows.
WhatsApp QR codes, however, are designed only to initiate one-to-one conversations, they cannot be used to run bulk or automated outreach...
Q: Can this be used as an effective support desk for a Saas product where the same customers return regularly
We have a client that has a software business and a number of his clients are in regular contact with support desk to help them carry out updates bring on new people etc. Would this be an effective solution? Currently they use WhatsApp but it's very easy to lose track of the messages and the threads
