I am exploring your tool for a WhatsApp-based initiative for an NGO project. The idea is to provide a toll-free WhatsApp number where users can inquire about specific topics or requests (e.g., guidelines, documents, or informational resources). Once they whatsapp text our number with a keyword or question, we plan to automate replies by sending them the relevant details or documents, fetched from an external database like Google Sheets or Airtable.
1) Automating responses based on specific keywords or phrases sent by users? 2) Fetching data dynamically from external databases or systems (e.g., document links, text snippets, or resources)? 3)Managing a toll-free WhatsApp number as the primary channel for outreach?
I have purchased this tool and its super useful. Only drawback i found is limitation of users, as lifetime deal here on AppSumo, there is no stacking allowed or multi user license is not available. 2 agent license is very very limited use case. Hence requesting developer to consider LTD Lifetime user license case.

I have purchased this tool and its super useful.
