Hi,

Just bought the app and I keep seeing this message on some important features " This functionality is only available in the monthly plan" , I thought this plan will activate everything for us, and could you please answer the below questions:

- How do I know that I've activated my account, can't see an Appsumo section to verify my account was activated.

- Is API and Make, pabbly, etc. in this offer or not?

A: ❌ No, this AppSumo deal does not include advanced integrations, and we currently do not offer native integration with Zoho CRM.

✅ Nevertheless, you can use our free Chrome Extension (download link: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/manycontacts-chrome-exten/hlalneionndlpmlnpkheloedejdcgdib ) which allows you to send WhatsApp messages directly from within your Zoho CRM.

Q: Possible to change the WhatsApp number in future?

Will we be able to change the WhatsApp number later and continue using the license and LTD? If yes, how many times and what is the process? Thanks!

A: ✅ Yes, you can change your WhatsApp number at any time.
To do so, go to: https://app.manycontacts.com/settings/channels > disconnect your current number > re-connect the new one.

⚠️ Important: If your original WhatsApp number is blocked by Meta for spam or abuse, your ManyContacts account will also be terminated. Please use WhatsApp responsibly, only with existing customers or inbound...
