You can change the order, or disable a specific smiley from within the workspace settings. We don't have plans to make it a star-rating.
Is there ever going to be a way to restrict articles by user? Creating a new workspace seems like a daunting way to separate users for different use cases. It's not the worst, but just a bit cumbersome. Also, is there a roadmap somewhere?

The idea is that a team can work together within a workspace, it was never really planned to restrict team members from accessing specific articles. We currently also have no mechanism in place to limit the frontend search to specific member rights.

My use case was a little more specific: Different articles being available to different clients. It seems that creating a new workspace is the only guaranteed way to restrict article access, which is fine but not preferred. I can deal with it and still think the product is excellent thus far.

Hi! I’ve purchased the AppSumo LTD, but when I started using the platform, I encountered some issues that prevent me from using it properly. I’ve already opened two tickets but haven’t received any response yet.
Icons in categories are not working: neither choosing an icon nor uploading one works.
Success boxes are not functioning in articles: when you insert a success box (or any other type of box), it’s not possible to delete it or continue writing below it.

As mentioned in one of them, our (third-party) editor will soon be replaced by a custom one, hopefully removing the friction to get content written and saved.

A: Hi there,
Throughout the year, we released about 10 maintenance updates and some minor tweaks for the themes. We simply haven't updated our changelog, because no new features were added. Our next, bigger update is planned for later this year, with a new editor, version history, archive and more.
