NeebyenQ: Your AI is Not Working, Getting hold of Support is difficult
Hi,
We are struggling to really like Flowy Team. We are close to giving a Bad Review, but we want to give you another chance to help us fully onboard. It's being over 2 months we purchased Flowy Team but it's Not Useable.
- There is no easy way to reach support from the App itself! It would be easier to chat with someone at the challenge point, so issues can the sorted immediately.
- The AI Assistant continues to Stay Broken - it is Non Responsive. No matter what you ask, it Always asks us to try Again Later. Since inception it's been this way, we tried it few days ago & even today! it's still Non Responsive.
- I see you mentioned Agentic Workflows, your AI Assistant isn't working, how can your Agents work?
- Is the AI bound to BYOK or is it Active with inbuilt credits?
