FlowyTeam - for High-Performing Teams Reviews

FlowyTeam is a promising platform but after using it for several months, I encountered bugs and errors. Updating task and milestones always buffers and you need to refresh the page in order to update. I hope they make improvements and updates on the platform as it became buggy and slow recently. Otherwise, the features have been very helpful for team management.

I bought 2 codes a while ago for other clients, didn't use it much, but figured I would grab the deal again for another client just a few weeks ago - had a support issue and contacted them several times with no response (still no response btw). I already had an old account for another reason, figured maybe that one would work to test a few things - NOPE! Still getting errors with SIMPLE updates like my name or profile image (like I said, 'simple' things) - no matter what you attempt to do, you just get a "Server Error" and trying to contact them to fix or even get an update on a possible solution is useless. But WOW, they are on it with the constant emails to upsell or upgrade you. Why would I upgrade when I can't get the system to work at all?!?!?! FlowyTeam should be ashamed of treating other small businesses like this! I loved the "How are we doing?" email AFTER no response to my support tickets and my request to AppSumo for a refund (which they were cc'd on) - and STILL no response to anything!

This product has updates but the UI is terrible.
more than that - i dont see the value it gives since i'm using claude cowork.

I have been using Flowyteams for over a year now. Purchased highest tier in last sale.

AI has not worked once. Support is useless.

Also navigating between OKR, KPIs, Task board are not easy. Creating these are a hassle. Slows down my work efficiency. Has not brought me value for what I spent.

And now I see I have a lifetime employee countdown. What is this? Why is it there? I don’t know.

I am thinking about trying out the more commonplace platforms like Notion if several of my concerns are not solved.

It has great potential if it works well. But after a year of no visible improvements in my workflow from platform side, I am not hopeful for improvements
