Q: Customising wording for customer feedback recordings
I have questions about the module for receiving customer recordings. 1. Can I edit all text that's displayed next to the record button? For example, provide instructions. 2. Can I set additional fields that are captured from customers when they record audio? For example, a name and email address. 2. Can I limit the recording time? For example, the recording stops after 15 seconds. 3. Can the output be sent via a webhook to tools like make.com and Zapier?

A: You can change the text :) But you can't add more fields for the time being.
You also can't limit the recording time for now and you can indeed use webhooks to send the data further. You have to email us at team@vocal.email with your webhook url and we'll set it up for you.
a) Using Elevenlabs to generate AI cloned voice to produce voice notes. Can I have them sent into vocal using an API connection?
b) Can I have outbound API also from Vocal so that these voice notes can be sent via push notifications on web as well as in my iOS and Android Apps?

A: Hey,
For that kind of use-case, you're better of creating an app yourself, the use case is quite different from what Vocal offers unfortunately, not sure we're the right tool here :)
Q: I see that you have to pay monthly for recording in Google Meeting.
Could you implement hourly payment/time-based billing❓
I don't need this permanently, but it might be useful occasionally.

Can we perhaps have a function to turn this into audiograms? We already have captions, so it seems like it shouldn't be too tough?
