Q: Why my account got converted from Appsumo Lifetime plan to Free plan recently.
I purchased the Lifetime plan from Appsumo and activated it last year. However, Today I tried to log in and found that I am on the Free plan only.

The “Switch organization” option is not intended to promote Marky subscriptions or bypass your white-label setup. It exists so users who belong to multiple organizations/accounts can move between them without needing separate logins.

I just got your email ... and this in my opinion is the blueprint for how to work with LTD buyers - in-fact very generous. We are very quick on here to criticise companies when we feel hard done by.. so I just want to highlight a positive. MyMarky has handled the transition as we move towards increasingly expensive AI overheads very professionally. A great company to buy from. If they return.. jump on the deal.

Quick update — we've pushed a fix that hides the "Switch Organization" option entirely for white-label users. This will go live with our next deploy.
You were right that it shouldn't have been visible in the white-label portal. Thanks for flagging it.
