Purchased this deal from App Sumo. They recently had a major upgrade to their system with a rebrand and modernization of the tool. It looks absolutely amazing, I love the clients can now just get to the meetings from the web on their phone instead of having to install an app and the app looks modern, clean and is simple to use. After the update some things didnt work but this is normal, it's a major upgrade. I knew they'd get everything fixed and they did. I rely heavily on this tool and it works great! Well done guys! Their support team is great too.

Definitely one of the top 5 all-time deals I've gotten on AppSumo. Highly recommend them.

When I first bought Meetn, I absolutely loved it. Everything worked perfectly: recordings were high quality, processing was fast, and the platform was reliable.

A few months later, after the rebranding, everything changed. Recordings are now poor quality, videos freeze, audio is out of sync, and processing often takes hours. I’ve also had several podcast episodes and training sessions ruined because of these issues.

Customer support has been even more disappointing. Responses are generic, as if they haven’t even read the ticket, and now they’ve simply stopped replying.

I genuinely regret having to leave this review because Meetn used to be a great product. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend it.

I've been using Meetn for my webinars and live sessions, and there are several features I really appreciate.

One of my favorite features is the ability to upload my presentation in advance. I don't have to share my screen during the webinar, which makes the whole experience feel much calmer and allows me to stay fully present with my participants.

I also love that I can display clickable links directly on the screen. My participants don't have to search for an important link somewhere in the chat — it's clearly visible and easy to access exactly when I want to share it.

Another great feature is the possibility to redirect participants to my own website or sales page after they leave the session. This is especially valuable for webinars.

Meetn has also made significant improvements to the joining experience recently, including browser-based access without requiring an app.

And last but definitely not least: the support has been excellent. I shared detailed feedback based on the real experience of my participants, and the team took my observations seriously and passed my suggestions on to the product team. I really appreciate feeling heard as a customer.

For me, Meetn is a wonderful alternative to the usual meeting platforms — especially for webinars where a focused and professional experience matters.

Very reliable and versatile meeting and webinar software, but more important than this: the support is very fast an caring. Thank you for the amazing product.
